On-boarding

Depending on the adopters organization size and complexity, the initial team is formed. In some cases the whole operational part of the organization can undertake the DBJ Method Onboarding. It is important for at least one person from the Business, Product and Technology to form the nucleus, for the future guidance.

Qualified DBJ Method trainers, prepare clients roles for architecture-led delivery by gently putting them on firm (DBJ simplified) capability maturity foundations.

Once on-boarded to maturity initial level 3 (or above), the client organization enters the BPT training. A continuous cycle of three clearly decoupled segments: Business, Product and Technology, connected by constant flow of organization events.

BPT domains are communicating by exchanging messages and deliverables from their projects.
